Short update..
Just back from my usual night jogging during the night!
Done with my shower.. nice cooling water~~ 1 word to describe.. SHIOK!
my knee is acting up again.. sad to say..

Work as usual..
Monday.. i'm always having Monday Blues..
Left station @ 630pm. boss wan to pass letter.. from 6pm till 630pm nv pass.. so just F OFF from office then. stupid wasting my time. -_-"
